 All students are working on Chapter 4 vocabulary.  Students will begin conjugating their first verb - avere (to have).  They should be able to create full sentences in Italian at this point.  They need to memorize their new vocabulary for this chapter (family vocabulary, numbers 0-100 and definite articles).  Students should have a new set of flaschcards for this unit.

All eighth grade classes are working on Chapter 11 in the textbook.  In this chapter, we learn city vocabulary, the verbs ‘venire’ (to come) and the verb ‘volere’ (to want) in Italian.  Students need to memorize all vocabulary for this chapter and practice the grammar.  Flashcards for this vocabulary should be used to help you study.
